Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples from different backgrounds. I am interested in helping a wide variety of people who experience things such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, relationship issues, and psychotic disorders.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is dependent on the individual client and their needs. I tend to utilize an eclectic approach including CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy).
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my dogs, reading a good book, riding my horse, and being outside. I also love spending time with family and friends.
