Clinical Interests:

Finding a therapist, you feel comfortable with, and trust can be difficult. Painful life experiences, past trauma and current situations can cause you to feel stuck, depressed, or anxious. You may have noticed changes in your relationships, work, mood, self-esteem or may just feel that you haven’t been yourself.

I offer a warm, directive, and non-judgmental environment. I compassionately listen, encourage, support, challenge and empower you to make changes. I will guide you through feedback or suggestions in making informed decisions about how to deal with issues that we identify together. I believe that you deserve to feel respected, supported and understood.

I work primarily with individuals ages 14+. Areas of particular interest are career changes, men's issues, ADHD, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety, the creative process, college students and premarital counseling.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize a variety of modalities including, ACT, CBT, solution-focused brief treatment, strength based, person centered, narrative therapy, IFS and more
