Areas of Focus
Tina works with children and adults. With regards to children, she has been trained in an empirically supported treatment protocol, parent child interaction therapy (PCIT). She has also received training in adlerian play therapy, as well as animal-assisted therapy. She uses acceptance and commitment therapy with adults and has training in a wide variety of issues that adults face, including anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, life transitions, divorce, grief and anger management.
