More About Blake Johnson

Clinical Interests:

I have worked with a wide range of children and adults, primarily in the outpatient and school settings. My experience and trainings have included cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, adoption competency, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, anxiety and depression, trauma processing, and others.

Clinical Approach:

I’m a believer in using solution-focused and strengths-based therapeutic approaches as a way of helping clients identify their own goals and recognize their abilities to achieve them. I enjoy working with clients to modify and structure these approaches into a plan that works best for them.

Hobbies:

When I’m not working I like to be reading, exercising, watching movies, listening to music, doing outdoor activities, or spending time with my family and dog.
