Clinical Interests:
I’m interested in how positive change happens in a person’s life. I I am interested in Men’s issues, Sexuality, Vocational/Employment issues, Substance Abuse and Trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I practice therapy from a collaborative approach. This means I view the relationship between therapist and client- as two people attempting to work towards a common goal. I use EDMR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing, and motivational interviewing as the main lens and protocols that I excel at when helping people define and meet their goals.
Hobbies:
Working Out, Music, Hiking, Traveling.
