Variety is great! I enjoy working with a diverse range of ages and cognitive abilities. My clinical interests include trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, grief, and caregiver stress.

Using my rich and varied experience, I provide personalized effective treatment to the individual client. I am adept at building rapport and providing a safe space to face difficult issues. My style is relaxed and supportive, with gentle challenges as needed. I empower my clients using a trauma informed, person centered, strength based, straight forward approach which is essential to fostering change. Therapy is a process, often times a very hard process, and I am here to help you work and process through difficult things to be a healthier, happier you.
