Clinical Approach:
I view all clients through a trauma-informed lens, particularly looking at how one’s core beliefs are developed over the lifespan. I am trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and believe strongly in the power of healing through somatic reprocessing. I believe in the resiliency of all individuals and the belief that everyone is doing the best they can with the skill sets they have. I enjoy supporting clients in evolving their skills to function most effectively across all environments.
Hobbies:
In my free time, you can find me with an espresso in hand spending time with my husband, two young children, and our golden retriever! I enjoy time with family, traveling, exercise, and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat.
