Their services are great and overall all staff are friendly. It would be great if they treat customers hot tea and/or coffee during the winter time!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Welsh. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. He always asks about all of the various aspects of my life (school, health, life events, etc) rather than other psychiatrists who sometimes just push prescriptions on you and send you on your way without truly getting to know your background and concerns. I really appreciate his high quality care and feel lucky to have access to such a great provider.

I saw Dr. Francis Giuliani for my anxiety and panic attacks. I cannot recommend him enough if you are going through something like this. I’ve never felt more validated or felt like a doctor genuinely cared until this encounter. Highly, highly recommend!

Effective for mental health management. I appreciate the availability of telehealth appointments in conjunction with face to face visits.

The staff are friendly and thorough. The offices are clean and cozy. It was a good experience.

Physician did not listen to me. After giving background on my mental health history, he jumped to a diagnosis I haven’t had struggles with for over 10 years. Felt as though my history was reviewed and the easiest diagnose and medication was thrown at me. I did not feel heard or seen and won’t be returning. Huge waste of time, not even considering the amount of money this will cost me out of pocket.

My son was receiving on-line therapy and really wasn’t benefitting from it. We found in-person therapy with a med doctor in house at Psychiatric Associates in North Liberty and couldn’t be more thrilled. My son left their office smiling and saying ‘He is such a nice guy’ after his first appointment. He can’t wait to go back. Great service from start to finish. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I can’t recommend them more.
