More About Clare Palmatier

Clare graduated in 2023 from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies. In her time there, she completed a practicum in educational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion, authored a research thesis on sexual assault in institutes of higher education, and worked as a barista for four years. When she is not at the Iowa City clinic, Clare also works in community-based mental health and does crisis services in the Iowa City area. In her free time, Clare can be found playing with her dog, reading, and spending time with friends.
