I view all clients through a trauma-informed lens, particularly looking at how one’s core beliefs are developed over the lifespan. I believe in the resiliency of all individuals and the belief that everyone is doing the best they can with the skill sets they have. I enjoy supporting clients in expanding their skills to function most effectively across environments.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending free time with my husband, young daughter, golden retriever puppy, and rabbit! I enjoy being with family, traveling, reading, and exercise. I am a lover of all things espresso!
