Primary modalities include a strengths based approach combined with CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. I also utilize narrative and trauma focused care.
Hobbies:
I am a foster/adoptive parent, a boy mom, and a lover of travel. I also love warm weather and sunshine; on days like that you will be sure to find me outdoors.
